Description Eight  key  components  form  the  types  of  work  teams  undertake  –  and  there  are  four  key  measures  of  an  individual’s  working  style  or  preference.  A  good  match  between  a  person’s  working  style  and  the  type  of  work  they  do  results  in  high  outputs,  happy  students,  raised  personal  energy  and  greater  job  satisfaction.
In  this  fascinating  workshop,  participants  get  to  assess  their  own  working  style,  and  then  explore  the  concept  of  “team  balance”,  differing  attitudes  to  problem-solving,  and  the  wider  implications  for  their  own  team,  school  and  student/parent  situations.  Group  participation  and  several  interactive  exercises  ensure  that  the  workshop  is  both  extremely  practical  and  highly  enjoyable
